Emir Cagan leads Taboola’s operations across Türkiye, Africa, and the Baltics—three diverse regions united by a focus on growth and innovation. With over a decade of experience in digital media and advertising technology, Emir has helped Taboola build new markets from the ground up, forging strategic partnerships with global agencies and top-tier publishers. Prior to his current role, he led various teams across EMEA at Taboola and co-founded Türkiye’s largest pet services platform.
